Nexora ("we", "us") is an operations workspace operated by Christian Ubaldo. This policy explains what we collect when you use nexora.christianubaldo.com.

Information we collect

• Account data: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture as provided by Google. We request only the basic openid, email and profile scopes.
• Workspace data: organizations, members and other records you create in Nexora.
• Activity logs: a record of actions taken in your organization, kept for security and auditing.

How we use it

Only to provide and secure the service: signing you in, showing your workspace, and keeping an audit trail. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Google user data

Data received from Google is used solely to authenticate you and display your name and avatar. Nexora's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and security

Data is stored with Supabase (Singapore region) and the application is hosted on Vercel. Access is restricted per organization at the database level. Credentials for connected services are never shown in the interface or logs.

Your choices

You can request export or deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing christianubaldo78@gmail.com.
